Our babies are fed a diet of non GMO feed, veggie scraps and free range in the garden. The flock consists of Cayugas that lay large eggs with a black/gray bloom, Muscovy which lay light colored eggs and Khaki Campbells and Pekin that lay large white eggs. Eggs are gathered every morning lightly cleaned to preserve the natural bloom and refrigerated. Duck egg yolks are larger and higher in nutrition and have a richer/creamier taste than chicken eggs.
