Sister's Fancy Coleslaw

Hayburn Farm Fresh, locally grown cabbage and carrots will make this coleslaw the perfect side. Enjoy!

Serves: 8 - 10 servings


Ingredients
1/2 Head Green Cabbage, julienned
1/4 Head Red Cabbage, julienned
1/2 Green bell pepper, julienned
1/2 Red bell pepper,julienned
1/2 Yellow bell pepper, julienned
1/2 Cup Carrots, julienned
1 Green onion, top only, diced
1 Tbsp Fresh oregano, chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
3/4 Cup Slaw dressing

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Using a large bowl, combine vegetables with slaw dressing.
  2. Toss to coat.
  3. Serve cold.
