Ingredients
1/2 Head
Green Cabbage, julienned
1/4 Head
Red Cabbage, julienned
1/2
Green bell pepper, julienned
1/2
Red bell pepper,julienned
1/2
Yellow bell pepper, julienned
1/2 Cup
Carrots, julienned
1
Green onion, top only, diced
1 Tbsp
Fresh oregano, chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
3/4 Cup
Slaw dressing
Step by Step Instructions
- Using a large bowl, combine vegetables with slaw dressing.
- Toss to coat.
- Serve cold.
