Frozen Strawberry Delight

This is a super easy recipe. Try it with fresh Market at Dothan strawberries!

Serves: 3-4

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup strawberries, hulled

1 cup sour cream

1/4 cup granulated sugar (organic cane sugar works fine)

1 Tbsp vanilla extract

Step by Step Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a container of electric blender; process until smooth. Pour into ac 8x4 inch loaf pan. Cover and freeze for 6 hours.
