Katherine’s Kitchen is just one small kitchen in Dothan, Alabama where Katherine works after the art of old-fashioned food. That means it’s made with love. Therefore it’s going to be as delicious, nourishing, and straightforward as possible. If you went back to the old days or maybe into the deep country, the process would be simple, and the ingredients fresh, organic, and usually local. So Katherine’s first step towards that lifestyle was to learn to bake bread, the staple food of the Western world since before the phrase “old-fashioned” existed.
