We are Grass Fed and Grass Finished Beef Ranchers. We have a little over 100 head of Santa Gertrudis and Black Angus Cattle. Our cattle are born and raised on our ranch and travel about 9 miles to the USDA processor. We never use hormones or steroids on our cows. Antibiotics are used in rare cases and they are taken out of the food chain. Dad likes to say that we are like the Blue Bell Ice Cream folks, we eat all the beef we can and sell what we have extra. We’ve had customers tell us that it is the first beef they’ve tasted that really tasted like beef in a long time.

We take time out to grow berries. We have strawberries, blueberries, elderberries, blackberries and mulberries.It is nice to pick berries on the farm while the cows are all around. We have a good gate and fence or the girls would definitely be in there with us. We don’t spray herbicides or pesticides on our berries so if a little bug makes his presence known to you in the fruit, be assured we are doing what we said. No chemicals on our food.
