EASTER MEAL IDEAS FOR BUSY PEOPLE

For some of us prepping for a major holiday meal can be intimidating. For this market manager the anticipated WHOLE DAY I had to cook and clean (because guests are coming!) flew out the window and I'll be leaving mid-afternoon during the time I planned to bake.

Nobody wants to skimp on Easter! But digging a little did offer some great ideas which I'm delighted to share with you here. SHEET PAN MEALS! You better know something like this will be in my oven on low when we go to church on Sunday morning.

Rather than bombard you with a lot of websites with recipes and the history of Easter at Grandma's house (for the record I kicked my cousin Janet and made her cry because she stole eggs from my basket), I think the photos will suffice for doing your own research if prepping like this appeals to you.
