Our Mayhaws are grown in our fruit orchard in Cottonwood, Alabama. The Mayhaws ripen in the month of May and resemble a miniature red apple. Each stem has long thorns. We usually shake the tree and gather the Mayhaw berries on the ground. It is a beautiful red color and delicious on buttered toast.

Garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and minced onion. Just add yogurt and mayo. So much better than store bought!

The biggest difference between a cold brew and a normal brew is that cold brews don’t use heat at any point in their brewing. 2. Not only do you taste more in cold brew, but the flavor is also more stable. Hot coffee’s chemistry changes as it cools down, but because cold brew coffee doesn’t have temperature changes, it’s a stable solution. That means it can keep for longer and still taste good.
