This is a fresh ball of my sourdough pizza dough. It makes THE BEST pizzas! Each ball of dough can be used to make 2 thin crust pizzas or 1 regular crust pizza. Keep in fridge til ready to use. If not using asap, store in freezer. If you decide to freeze: thaw by simply leaving on the counter for a bit to soften before rolling, I roll the dough onto parchment paper, Top with desired toppings (dont overload) And bake on a preheated pizza stone at 500F for 15-20 mins.
